Spain Retreat 25th June - 1st July 2023

Join Dave Smyth and Jaime Lee for a week of yoga, inspiration, great food, fun, and relaxation.
This will be Dave's fifth year of this hugely popular retreat and we will be returning to the magical Molino del Rey once again. 

Dave's retreats are always based around healing and understanding the power of the mind and how it effects  what we attract into our lives. Using yoga, meditation, mantra, kriya, dance, laughter, Thai massage, and group sessions in the awesome cave system, we will go into the limiting belief systems that are preventing us from  reaching our highest potential.

 I am so excited to announce co-teaching this year will be the lovely  Jaime Lee (@crazyheartyoga) • Instagram photos and videos  all the way from the United States of America. Jaime is the first full 500 hour graduate of the Dave Smyth Yoga school, and has been an integral part of all the teacher training programs the school offers.  Jaime Lee is pure light. Her passion and playful spirit inspires others to find the light in the darkness. Her authentic heart gently guides students to open up and feel safe to express their own journey.

  Now as a team, Dave and Jaime are excited to combine their gifts and offer online courses, in-person events, and international yoga retreats. Together, they co-create a fun and balanced environment of masculine and feminine energy where everyone feels free to be themselves.

 So as we move together through this course Dave and Jaime will guide you and share with  you some of the tools and practices that changed their story from grief to happiness.

Through forgiveness, movement, connection, meditation, nature, and celebration, we aim to take you from the illusion of happiness to the authentic happiness that lives in all of us.

Mixed with the amazing vegetarian and vegan food, prepared by our very own chefs, you will head home ready for whatever life has instore for you.

Nestled amongst the olive groves and countless fruit trees on a hilltop overlooking the stunning Andalucian countryside, the Molino del Rey Yoga Retreat offers the perfect remedy to stress and the craziness of everyday life.

Yoga classes will be held in both the beautiful indoor shala and on the many balconies or terraces  as well as meditation in the wonderfully tranquil and truly magical caves.

And there will be plenty of free time to relax in a hammock on the cool deck, detox in the warmth of the sauna, unravel in the magical salt water pool, wander around the countryside, or just melt into a Thai or Chavutti massage.  The accommodation has been lovingly restored to a high standard and decorated with an eclectic mix of Moorish & Andulucian styles and we will have the whole 5 acre estate exclusively to ourselves.
